As of March 31st, 2010 and after 13 years of producing some of the worlds most advanced cantilever probe cards, Apex America has suspend our cantilever manufacturing operations.
Apex has been in business since 1997, providing “cantilever” probe cards to semiconductor companies’ world wide. We are strategically located in Pacific Northwest in the heart of the Silicon Forest, surrounded by major semiconductor companies such as Intel, Micron (Boise), Maxim, TriQuint, HP, WaferTech, Micro Systems Engineering and Lattice Semiconductor.
Due to a paradigm shift in the probe industry, we are transforming our company to pursue products based on the advance (MEMS) technologies and built upon 8 years of R&D by Apex International Inc. (Korea),
